Tiffany and Adam

Guests dining at a long candlelit dinner table in a dimly lit restaurant
A celebration full of personality

Hailing from California, Tiffany and Adam brought their family and friends to New Zealand for a week of adventure before gathering at Parihoa to celebrate their marriage. With guests travelling from far and wide, it was more than just a wedding day; it was an opportunity to spend precious time together and create memories in a place far from home. And there was certainly no shortage of memorable moments.

Tiffany and Adam’s wedding was wonderfully personal, with a mix of cultural traditions, shared experiences and unexpected touches that reflected the couple themselves.

A traditional Thai water blessing brought a meaningful start to the celebrations, while Paint & Sip in the Woolshed and a moment of meditation offered guests something a little different. There were four outfit changes throughout the day and a particularly special performance when Adam’s sister sang the couple’s first dance song.

Every detail felt considered, from the custom tote bags and T-shirts to the beautiful handmade ceramics and New Zealand-made gifts that guests could take home as a reminder of their time here. A dedicated kids’ corner made sure the younger guests were part of the fun, too.

Some weddings stay with you for the little moments just as much as the big ones. Tiffany and Adam’s September 2023 wedding at Parihoa was one of those celebrations. A weekend filled with meaningful traditions, incredible music, thoughtful details and loved ones who had travelled from around the world to be together.

Candlelight, good food and time together

As the day moved into evening, the atmosphere shifted to candlelit dining, with guests gathering to enjoy delicious cuisine, drinks and conversation. The beautiful drinks station by Toast with Tuki added another distinctive touch to the occasion, while the candlelight created a warm setting for everyone to settle in and enjoy the celebrations.

It was the kind of evening where the little details made all the difference - where guests could relax, connect and enjoy being part of something special.

Of all the thoughtful details throughout the day, one of the most meaningful was Tony’s Treats - an ice cream bar designed to resemble Tiffany’s late father’s workshop, created in his memory. With ice cream being Tony’s favourite, it was a wonderfully personal tribute and a beautiful way to keep his memory close on such a special day.
